Why don’t certain products have an expiration date? When do they expire?

Cosmetic products are not required to have a printed expiration date. The expected shelf life of a cosmetic product is 12 to 36 months depending on storage and if opened/used. We recommend replacing the product after it has been open for one year.

What skin concerns do your products address?

We have products that address a variety of skin concerns, including hyperpigmentation, acne, dry skin, eye area, look of fine lines and wrinkles, prevention and protection, skin recovery, skin texture, signs of aging, and sensitive skin. We recommend you visit your skin care physician to discuss your options. To find a doctor in your area, visit our physician finder and enter in your zip code.

Do you give out samples?

Many of our products are available only by a prescription and are offered by physicians, medical spas, and other skin care and medical professionals. Therefore, we don't provide samples.

Do you test on animals?

Unless mandated by the FDA for drug safety purposes, Obagi does not test its products on animals. Non-prescription Obagi products have not been tested on animals.

Are your products vegan or gluten-free?

We cannot guarantee that any of our products are vegan or gluten-free. If you’d like ingredient information, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know which product(s) you are inquiring about specifically.

What product would work best for my skin?
Because everyone has different skin, the best thing to do is talk to your skin care physician about what's best for you and your unique skin care needs.
Is Obagi good for my skin type/color?
We have an Obagi® product for every skin type. Please meet with your skin care physician to find out which Obagi products are best for you.
I think I am experiencing a bad reaction to your products. What should I do?
Everyone responds differently while using our products—this is why working with a skin care professional is so important. You should immediately call your physician to talk about what you are experiencing.
Can I use any of the products some way other than what it is intended for?
You should use our products as your physician has directed. If you have questions, please consult your physician.
Can I use the product while I am pregnant or nursing?
Check with your physician regarding any topical products you wish to use during pregnancy or while you are nursing.
Is it unsafe to use a product after its expiration date? Or is it just not as effective?
We do not recommend using any products past their expiration dates. The stability testing done to determine the product expiration date does not reveal what the product safety or efficacy would be past the expiration date or how long after the expiration date the product would remain effective.
Can I substitute or add products in a system regimen?
Because physicians may often customize regimens, it is very important that you work with your doctor before modifying your skin care routine or switching out products.
Can I modify the system to fit my desires (i.e., no peeling and keep my freckles)?
We suggest speaking with your skin care physician if you wish to use the system in a way other than what is indicated. At that time, you can also let them know that you would like to achieve.
How can I pay for my products?
Obagi accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, and Cash on delivery, shipping to a Kuwaiti address. You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on Obagi’s website (the “Site”) are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
How can I see my order history?
If you registered for an account on Obagikw.com, you will be able to view all online orders placed within your Account Profile.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. After processing, you should expect your order to be delivered in approximately 3-5 business days, unless an expedited method of shipping was requested.
What is Obagi’s Return Policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Unless you receive damaged or defective product you may not return it. You may return the product(s) to us by calling our Customer Support Team.

If you receive damaged or defective product you may return it subject to this Return section. You may return the product(s) to us by calling our Customer Support Team.

All products must be returned to us, unused and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, within 3 (three) working days of receipt by you. We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

Refund
Once we have inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return, we will exchange payments to points which you can use with your next purchase, Points will be stored in your wallet. For all claims regarding the refund policy, just call our Customer Support Team, we will be happy to assist you.
Echange

You can exchange your product(s) by contacting our Customer Support Team. We will be happy to assist you. All products must be returned to us, unused and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), You may exchange your product(s) with any other product(s):

  • of the same value; or
  • of a lower value, in which case any excess points will be left in your wallet; or
  • of a greater value, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.
Cancellation Policy
We do not refund money after payment is confirmed, but we exchange payments to points which you can use with your next purchase, Points will be stored in your wallet.
Delivery/Shipping Policy

Obagi Kuwait is exclusive to the Kuwait. We do not currently ship to anywhere else in the world. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery within Kuwait cities shall be in 2 – 3 working days. All orders are automatically charged KWD 1.5 on the checkout. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
